The Freemotion GENESIS Multi-Pull / Rotation High is a professional cable-based strength training machine designed for versatile upper-body and rotational exercises, engaging the back, shoulders, arms and core stabilising muscles. Its independent handles and adjustable pulley system support a wide range of pulling and rotational movements, including single-arm and alternating-arm exercises.
KEY FEATURES
Progressive resistance – Swivelling pulleys slide vertically along a guide, changing the angle of movement and providing progressively increasing resistance throughout the exercise.
Freedom of movement – Swivel pulleys and extensive cable travel allow a wide, fluid range of motion for dynamic exercises.
Independent arm movement – Handles move independently, supporting single-arm and alternating-arm exercises.
Easy access – No adjustments are required before use, allowing users to take the handles and begin exercising.
Wheelchair accessibility – The open design allows direct access to the machine from a wheelchair.
Durable construction – Heavy-duty 11- and 7-gauge steel construction with an electrostatically applied powder-coated finish provides durability for commercial fitness environments.
Enclosed weight stack – A protective enclosure limits access to moving parts for added safety.
Protective kick plates – Large, 16-gauge stainless steel kick plates protect the machine against wear and damage.
